Hickory Tree Towers Submits First Zoning By-Law Amendment Application with the City of Toronto

The A1 Team announces successful first submission of Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) with the City of Toronto. Requesting to maintain current Mixed-Use zoning as-is, the amendment asks for an increase in height to 25 storeys, as well as an increase in allowable density to 10.5 FSI.

Located at the intersection of Weston Road and Lawrence Avenue West, the future Hickory Tree Tower will be the ideal combination of urban and suburban living, with close site proximity to Raymore Park and Humber River, as well as all major transit lines. Boasting a highly innovative design and a unique look architectural look, the project is anticipated to be a welcome addition to the Weston neighbourhood.
